Eat Green

The next step to a healthy live begins with the intake.

As a former professor was fond of say "green leafy vegetables are the answer to everything." Now I'll go a bit further and recommend adding strong portion of fruits as well. The secret to these productions is in the nutrient rich low calorie package. It is hard to beat these fiber loaded wonders. Eat plenty of these each day and you will feel better and look better.

The next question is method. Fruits and vegetables are best fresh with only enough cooking to make the vegetable edible. Fresh foods have draw backs. They don't last long and require significant prep before eating. The next best option is the use of frozen fruits and vegetables. These frozen options are picked at the peak of ripeness and have a very long life in the freezer. Preparation time is short and easy.

If you have more topics you want to hear about or questions just ask away.
